At Southview we have the reputation of having the finest
family resort on Rice Lake, with clean, comfortable facilities. All cottages
feature fully equipped kitchens, 3 or 4 piece bathrooms, air-conditioning
and heating, colour televisions and large decks. We can supply bed linens,
blankets and towels at a nominal cost.
You will find our cottage resort well maintained, with
inviting grounds and knowledgeable staff. Our main reception is open
every day for conveniences, souvenirs, fuel, bait, fishing licences and
friendly advice.

A deposit of $400 per week is required.
Balance payable on arrival.
With 55 days notice of cancellation, deposit will be refunded,
less a cancellation fee of $80.00. With less than 55 days notice,
deposit will be refunded upon our ability to rebook, less a
cancellation fee of $100.00.
VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, DEBIT CARD & CASH accepted on
balance of account only. Personal Cheques accepted only on
deposits.

No subletting of cottages or marina equipment. No adjustments
for late arrivals or early departure. Visitors are allowed during the
day but limited. All visitors must register at the office. Charge
per visitor up to 4 hours is $10 and over 4 hours is $50/day.

| Gas & Oil ExtraDEPOSIT: $50 on each Boat, or Boat/Motor Package, or dock; $150 on each Bass or Pontoon Boat. Refundable on our ability to rebook. Damage Deposit is required on bass and pontoon boat rentals and will be held until end of rental period for damage and final inspection. Any damage to the boats or motors is at the lessee's expense.
