A deposit of $400 per week is required. Balance payable on arrival.
With 55 days notice of cancellation, deposit will be refunded, less a cancellation fee of $80.00. With less than 55 days notice, deposit will be refunded upon our ability to rebook, less a cancellation fee of $100.00.
VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, DEBIT CARD & CASH accepted on balance of account only. Personal Cheques accepted only on deposits.

No subletting of cottages or marina equipment. No adjustments for late arrivals or early departure. Visitors are allowed during the day but limited. All visitors must register at the office. Charge per visitor up to 4 hours is $10 and over 4 hours is $50/day.
All pets must be approved, a charge of $50/day and $200/week.
