• No adjustments for late arrivals or early departure.

All pets must be approved upon booking. A charge of $100/day and $350/week. DEPOSIT: of $600 per week and $300 per midweek/weekend to reserve cottages.
Deposit will be refunded less a cancellation fee of $150 if cancelled 30 days prior to arrival. Within 30 days of arrival deposit is non-refundable.
