Family Suite Cottage (1 - 4 Person)
These beautiful 4-person cottage features a deck with seating and a gas BBQ.
Family Suite cottages come with:
- Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, toaster and everything to cook and eat with.
- Living area with a TV
- Sofa that pulls out
- 2 bathrooms – including a 2-person jacuzzi tub
- Air-conditioning
- Gas BBQ
- Queen bed in the loft and twin beds in the main floor bedroom, all bed linen supplied
Weekly: 5 or 6 night stay • Check-in Saturday at 1:00pm • Check-out Friday by 11:00am
Weekdays: 4 night stay • Check-in Monday at 1:00pm • Check-out Friday by 9:00am
Midweek: 3 night special • Check-in Monday 1:00pm • Check-out Thursday 9:00am
Weekend: 2 night stay • Check-in Friday at 3:00pm • Check-out Sunday at 3:00pm
Please remember to bring:
- Towels for the pool and shower (or rent from us)
- All toiletries
- Dish soap, and everything to wash and dry the dishes

Extra person charge is $350/week or $100/day.
Extra persons must be approved before arrival and all guests are to be registered upon arrival – sorry, no visitors.
No Visitor Policy
As a result of Covid-19 Southview Cottages has been compelled to change our visitor policy to state that we do not allow visitors and that all extra persons must be approved prior to arrival – as we do not want the cottages or resort property overcrowded. Southview Cottages Inc reserves the right to know the number of people coming to the property to ensure the safety of our guests, staff, and the community to which we operate in.

- No subletting.
- No adjustments or late arrivals or early departure.
Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Deposits of $600.00 per week or $300.00 per weekend/midweek for all cottage rentals – and is a credit towards your balance due upon arrival.
If the booking is cancelled 55 days prior to arrival deposit will be refunded less $150.00 Cancellation fee per cottage. Within 31 – 54 days of arrival deposit will be refunded less $300.00 Cancellation fee per cottage.Within 30 days of arrival deposit is non-refundable.
No pets allowed in these cottages.
