Weekly Rentals
Saturday to Friday: June 27th – August 29th
Saturday to Saturday: The rest of the season
Weekly: 6 night stay • Check-in Saturday at 1:00pm • Check-out Friday by 11:00am
Weekend: 2 night stay • Check-in Friday at 3:00pm • Check-out Sunday at 3:00pm
Daily: 2-5 night stay • Check-in any day at 1:00pm • Check-out any day at 9:00am
Extra person charge is $350/week or $100/day.
All guests are to be registered upon arrival and any extra persons must be approved before arrival.
We reserve the right to approve the number of guests staying at the property to ensure the safety, comfort, and peaceful experience of all our guests.

- No subletting.
- No adjustments or late arrivals or early departure.
Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Deposits between $300 to $1000 per week/per weekend/ per midweek for all cottage rentals – and is a credit towards your balance due upon arrival.
If Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to arrival: The deposit will be refunded, minus a $300.00 + tax cancellation fee per cottage.
Cancellations made within 59 days of arrival: The deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival: The full amount of the booking will be charged.
Balance payable on arrival by VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMEX, DEBIT, E-transfer & CASH.
